Steps to make to make Samosa

  1. Mix all ingredients (of dough) and knead into a firm dough. Cover it with wet cloth and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, mustard, coriander & fennel seeds. Add crushed garlic-chilli-ginger to this, saute over low flame. Add green peas, potatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Mix well, add aamchur powder and lil garam masala. Add salt, finely chopped coriander and mix. Aaloo stuffing is ready.
  3. Take a portion of dough, roll into 6"x3" oval disc. Cut this into 2. Take 1 half, make a cone, fill it with aaloo sabzi, close the cone with applying water to it's edges.
  4. Prepare all the cones and heat oil in a pan. Deep fry these samosa over low to medium flame.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce. Enjoy!
