- Add all dry spices like turmeric powder,red chilli powder,black pepper,garam masala powder & salt.
- Mix well stuffing is ready for paratha.
- Heat the non stick pan.
- Take small portion of dough in hands flatten it then add stuffing & softly press it.
- In a flat surface slowly make Paratha & give shape then through oil cook paratha till golden brown with both sides.
- Serve hot with curd,raita & butter & Chutney.
